Padel Broward LLC, managed by Arvinder Bajaj of AB Diversified of Plantation, along with Vicki Tofte and Vilic Novovic in Coral Springs, has put forward the plans for this ambitious project. The city’s Development Review Committee will review the proposal for the 1.01-acre site at 4000 and 4008 N. Federal Highway on July 23. The property, purchased for $5.5 million in 2023, is conveniently located near the Coral Ridge Country Club.
Facility Features
Spanning 59,404 square feet, the facility will feature eight padel courts and six pickleball courts, offering ample space for both sports enthusiasts and casual players. Additionally, the complex will include a 1,098-square-foot pro shop, a 984-square-foot juice bar, and 65 parking spaces on the ground level.
